3 Capitals in 3 Days Cycle Challenge

Its all over

And it was fantastic. I am just collecting the final bits and pieces of sponsorship, and then it'll be turning to the next challenge, the London Triathlon. I've a tight ITB I think though, so rather than training for that it'll probably just be trying to get fit to even take part. That challenge is on behalf of SportsAid (good site eh!) and I'll be setting up fundraising very soon.

Tomorrow I'll be announcing the winner of the England shirt, definitely deserving of it thanks to his company sponsorship and a very late bid to nip in and virtually steal it away from someone!

Fancy a bike ride?

London to Amsterdam to Brussels.

Well I did after my daily commute became a little bit of enjoyment each and every day. However I quickly became used to the route, and despite there being numerous opportunities for cycling in London I thought I could do more.

So when someone suggested a 320 mile cycle to Amsterdam and Brussels over a weekend in June, I jumped at the chance. The cycle is through the charity MAG (The Mines Advisory Group), who are an organisation clearing the remnants of conflict for the benefit of local communities all over the world.

For more information on MAG, please visit their official site at www.mag.org.uk

It’s going to be a challenge, that’s a certainty. But your donations will spur me on as well as helping MAG carry on the work that they do.

So please give generously – in return I’ll allow you to laugh when I can’t walk for a week on the 10th June.

I need your Help!

As part of the charity ride I have been set the target of raising £1,350 – so I need your help. All donations are gratefully received, be they online, in person, by PayPal or by getting your company name on my cycle wear.
